Finished originally in desirable B5 Blue, this is not a clone or tribute — it is a real R/T with outstanding originality and documentation. Originally equipped with a matching-numbers 383 Magnum engine, which is included with the sale and had already begun the rebuilding process. The car currently runs and drives extremely strong with a period-correct 1970 440 HP big-block engine installed, delivering serious power and performance. Factory options include power windows, power convertible top, factory air conditioning — a very rare option on a convertible — power steering, power brakes, Rallye dash package, and the iconic Slap-Stik 727 automatic transmission. The rear gearing was upgraded from aggressive 4.10s to more highway-friendly 3.23 gears, making the car far more enjoyable for modern cruising.
