Offered for sale is this beautifully presented 1954 Chevrolet 3100 pickup, a classic Advance Design-era truck that underwent a comprehensive refresh between 2011 and 2012 and remains an exceptionally charming and usable vintage Chevrolet today. Finished in striking Juniper Green over a black vinyl interior, this California-titled example combines period-correct styling with tasteful performance and reliability upgrades. At the heart of the truck is a replacement 235ci inline-six engine installed during the restoration. Enhanced with dual carburetors, Fenton headers, an aftermarket camshaft, and Wayne valve and side covers, the engine delivers a distinctive sound and improved performance while maintaining its vintage character. The carburetors were replaced in 2022, further contributing to the truck’s excellent running condition. Power is delivered through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a 3.55:1 rear axle, both rebuilt during the restoration. The suspension and drum brake system were also overhauled in 2011, creating a truck that drives with confidence and retains its authentic driving experience. The exterior was repainted in Juniper Green in 2012, with significant refurbishment work including frame treated with rust-inhibiting coating, replacement of the rear fenders, front bed panel, running boards, grille, bumpers, and glass. Additional enhancements include a beautiful wood-plank cargo bed with polished runners, chromed 15-inch Artillery wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich radial tires, aftermarket window tint, PPF protection on the headlights and running boards, and a recent ceramic coating. The cabin remains true to its roots, featuring black vinyl upholstery and classic instrumentation including a 90-mph speedometer along with gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and amperage. A radio-delete plate preserves the truck’s clean, original appearance.
